INTERVIEW PANEL REGISTRATION FORM
After
reviewing the resources compiled on the preceeding page and carefully
considering my schedule, I have decided to commit to the Digital
Portfolio Interview Project as a volunteer interview panelist. I
understand the responsibilities inherent with this decision and look
forward to reading one or more digital portfolios in May and attending
the corresponding interview session(s) in June.
